Amortization

This page is used to view and print the Amortization Schedule for the lease calculation.

Use the two calendars to control the first and second payment due dates for the deal. Each subsequent due date will be on the same day as the second calendar, unless you specify a due day in the Day of month on which payment is due field. (If you want the payment due on the last day of every month, enter "31".) (Note: Day of Month is ignored for non-monthly payment frequencies.)

Use the printer button to print the results. Use the $$ button to change the Amortization Schedule into a Payment Schedule. (To change it back to an Amortization Schedule, press the button.)
